The cycle of school life is mostly predictable. We all know the skeleton of the final academic term – what sports and culturals happen when, tournaments and festivals, matric prelims and then finals, matric valedictory and the end of Prep school for the Grade 7s, First Holy Communion for the Grade 3s and Confirmation for the Grade 11s, the shift (in both College and Prep) in student leadership from Grade 12 to 11 and from Grade 7 to 6 boys, the Grade 9 Journey, exams and assessments across the school, welcome evenings for next year’s new boys, and the final farewells typical of year-end as we hand out final reports and move on in anticipation of the summer holiday, Christmas and New Year celebrations.

There will be new name on the St David’s Marist Inanda Challenge Cup trophy after Brebner High beat King Edward VII 2-1 in the U19 final on Sunday.Brebner scored in the opening minute of the final, and went 2-0 up early in the second half. They

St David's Marist Inanda is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the highly anticipated Team Marist Inaugural Inanda-Alex Run, held on Sunday, 11 June, and bringing together 20 runners from the school community.

We celebrated the Grade 8's academic achievements in an assembly held on the morning of Friday, 9 June, as well as awarding four new General Honours blazers.

In celebration of Youth Month in South Africa, St David's Marist lnanda is proud of the opening of its satellite high school campus for boys in Alexandra. This exciting development aims to empower the youth of Alexandra by providing access to quality education and bridging the educational gap that exists between different communities.
