More than 150 swimmers represent our A, B and C teams each year, at weekly galas around Gauteng.
St David’s has two 25m swimming pools that are used for galas. The main galas are the inter-high boys’ individual and relay galas, the Alan Burt Ten Schools Gala and the Westville Boys’ Invitational Gala.
In recent years, the St David’s swimming teams have been incredibly strong and are considered among the teams to beat.
Our inter-house gala is a big event at the beginning of each year, and is always hotly contested with much fun all round.
