Celebrating 85 Years of Brotherhood and Belonging at Old Boys' Assembly 2026
There are few traditions more cherished at St David's Marist Inanda than the annual return of our Old Boys. Each year, generations of Old Boys make their way back through the familiar gates of the school that helped shape their character, forge lifelong friendships and instil the Marist values that continue to guide them long after graduation.
This year, that tradition carried even greater significance as our St David's Marist Inanda community gathered to celebrate the school's remarkable 85th Anniversary during Old Boys' Weekend 2026.
Across the two campuses, memories were rekindled as alumni from every era reunited with classmates, teachers and the wider Marist family. Conversations flowed effortlessly between generations, proving that while much has changed over eight and a half decades, the spirit of Inanda remains as strong as ever.
Old Boys' Weekend has long been more than a reunion. It is a homecoming. It is an opportunity for former students to reconnect with the school community, reflect on the formative experiences that helped shape their journeys and witness the continued growth and excellence of the institution they proudly call their alma mater.
As the school celebrates 85 years of excellence, it does so with gratitude for its past, confidence in its present and excitement for its future. To all who returned home this year, thank you for being part of the story. Your presence enriched the Assembly and Head Masters' Tea while reaffirming what has always made St David's Marist Inanda so special: a community that welcomes its own, honours its heritage and looks forward with purpose and pride.
